I have wanted to re-shell my cti into a lighter white 205 but they are getting harder to find in good condition and a non sunny

But i found one and here it is.

There is a seperate thread for the saxo vts engine for sale and rallye box

I need a gti subframe and arb if there is one going cheap and local? Must not be full of rust

Whats wrong with the CTi? or is it that you just want a lighter shell?

Looks like a tidy one.

Its already been ripped apart, it has a saxo engine fitted?

I have wanted a mint rallye for ages, and to top it all off it will have about 250bhp per ton.

I want to do well at usc this year

It is a very nice car, did a head gasket and cambelt on it a couple of months ago

(But if you want to do well at USC get a proper car for the job lol) :)

Nice Rallye. I miss mine a little bit. Your breather hose has fallen out of the cam cover by the way.

^^^^ Thats what i thought.

I have never seen a NA car in the 12s?

Last years winner was a 260bhp 205 with throttle bodies and it won with 13.6

My fastest time was 14.2

Engines now out and bay has been cleaned

All will become clear with Maxis car when/if the spec list goes up. Its not shy and by the looks of things would be more than a match for last years winner...

A 260bhp 205 should in theory get much better times than 13.6 because I would assume it's stripped out? but even if it wasn't that still well over 260bhp/tonne. I managed that time with my M Coupe which is 220bhp/tonne (some have got 13.3 though) so I think with that power in a 205 low 13s or even better is possible if traction is ok.

Exactly. The car will be going up there on my ifor, so I WILL give it everything, no f***ing about. Ive seen NA cars in the 12's before no trouble. There is a stupidly light Type R Vtec mini on throttle bodies going up from my area too, he wants a direct head to head run. He has less BHP but weighs a lot less to boot. Also, 0.5 sec in 1/4 mile times is a long time to me, so to make that up will take a lot.
