heritage modern classic policy. £150 fully comp agreed value all declared. but that was 1500 miles and im over 30, plus it cant be your main car

I just got a quote off them after reading this, £178, fully comp, 3k milers/year, agreed value, with mods.

Seems a lot cheaper than what I paid last time.

I've never read a good word about Flux.

Try RH Classics too - always been unbeatable on all my classics.

They're very good at marketing themselves on car forums...

They need to be!

They do offer some attractive prices sometimes, but the after sales service appears to be atrocious..

I have found Adrian Flux good when it comes to engine conversions.

Flux quoted me £1600 when I first got my 205, and it was almost standard then. I've been with greenlight the last few years, 370ish this year.

I was told that greenlight was a sister company of Adrian Flux, not sure how true that is........

Are you thinking of HIC? They used to be good but they were taken over by Adrian Flux years ago and they stopped competing with each other, if you got a quote from one the other wouldn't beat it.

Greenlight are independent from Adrian Flux as far as I know.

I'm with flux who have become cheaper since last year on my 205 but couldn't get close to competitors on my other cars premium. Odd.

Standard car though so maybe they prefer an 'easier' risk.

Ah yes it's HIC not greenlight!

That's a relief, I'm currently insured with Greenlight and I don't really want to cancel it...

I had been with HIC for years but I moved to Greenlight after Flux bought them.

Annoying thing about greenlight is that they are not willing to price match Flux.
