2.0 Litre Turbo 8V

Hi guys

 

Have a tidy up of my engine bay over the last few days and I've started the car and I have no water temp garage? I think I might have not plugged something in right? What sensor on the thermostat housing does this want to go on

It may not have the appropriate sensor in the thermostat housing, IIRC some cars did not have a temp gauge.

It worked before though and I did unplug bits and odds to move and tidy

Lol I have but I can remember what on the plug went on haha I'm going to have to have ago with both see what happens

It depends on who did the conversion, a 2.0 T XU10 usually has a twin pin blue sensor on the thermostat housing which has one pin for temp gauge & one for temp warning, same as the CTS on the 205 but the 2.0t usually has a green CTS.
