to many peolple do the same old stuff looking for something not the norm

 

 

The same old stuff is proven so its the most convenient and cheapest route to take.

If its a track car you want reliability first and foremost, nothing worse than doing trackday after trackday only to find issues on every outing (sp) to ruin your day.

From my own experience and I use an 8v as a track car, sort the suspension before modiflying engine wise. You'd be surprised how well an 8v round a track with decent suspension goes.

Use it in its standard form and upgrade as you go and then you can appreciate all the work, money and frustration you have put into it.
