Loads depressingly on the list;

Black 205 - Change engine mounts and re-fit std interior.

Blue Mi16 205 - Sell it. :)

Goodwood - sell!

Blue 1.6 205 - Service, replace cracked windscreen, & MOT. Then fit full Goodwood interior, 309 drum beam and front shafts & 'bones.

Grey 205 - Block test engine, if ok then service, fit 4.4FD gearbox, change exhaust system, run fuel and brake lines through car, find & fit a tank guard, fit solid rear mounts and GpA engine mounts, fit rear shocks. If the engine's dead, then whinge for a while before finding a replacement...

White 205 Rebuild - Needs whole front end built and fitted, seam welded subframe, 309 wishbones, De-PAS'd rack, strut top and pedal box plates welding in, loom & engine fitted and plumbing in, struts/brakes/shafts, seat bars welding in and seats fitted, fuel and brake lines run through inside car incorporating bias lever and hyd. handbrake, fit 309 rear beam with solid mounts. Then run it in... :)

405mi16x4 - Remove gearbox and dead transfer box, fit recon transfer box and hopefully soon to be acquired 6speed box, overhaul rear suspension, fit full leather interior, service & MOT.

Volvo 850 - couple of tyres asap! possibly change subframe...

Likelihood of all that, very slim... B)

CTI change clutch

Arosa MOT and sell it!!!!

Huge list for me.....

My Miami needs....

The new beam built and fitted (306 ARB, ZX arms hopefully etc).

Rebuilt and converted steering rack to 2.5 turns lock to lock.

New wishbones, bushes, TRE's, droplinks, front ARB bushes, front 309 ARB to be fitted.

Hubs with stud conversion.

Braided brakehose installation, with bias valve, new MC, refurbed calipers front and rear.

Oil Cooler.

Buckets welded in.

Poly windows fitted.

De-sunroofed.

May well convert the front struts to coilovers too.

Change the doors (rusty).

A few other bits and pieces like 2nd rad fan, couple of oil gauges, battery in boot etc.

Oh and an MOT

And....

Fix the other 205's and sell them.

Finally sort the overheating problem on the 306 and sell that!

Get the Bimmer remapped, once its had its service

Forgot something,

Fit my TransX lsd :)

My projects for the Xmas period were:

205:

1) Get cash for final payment of GTi6 conversion

2) Pick up 205 after conversion

3) It'll need a wash and vacuum too I guess. Ain't done it in a while.

4) Sort out the ancient looking grey bumper at the back.

FTO:

1) Fit new LED bulbs (external and internal, dashboard etc)

2) Fix oil gauges reading wrong (wiring problem)

3) Wash car

4) Vacuum out car

5) Fit new airhorn

None of the work on FTO will take long, but I was just too lazy over the Xmas period and decided it was too cold and I'd rather be inside eating turkey and cake. :(

Well I sat down the other day to write down what I needed to do, Thinking there would be about ten items I actually put 1-10 on the piece of paper I had.

I got to 28 items.......

1. Relocate battery into boot.

2. Remove rear beam and fit solid mounts I won @ Pugfest 07 in the raffle (thanks Stew BBM) and give it a coat of paint when removed. (has been refurbed and lowered already so doesnt need any work done to it.

3. Fit solid top front mounts I won @ Pugfest 07 in the raffle (thanks Stew BBM)

4. Replace brake pads that nearly failed on MOT.

5. Finish the rebuild of the engine.

6. Fit the finished rebuilt engine. (depends on above no. 5 first tho.)

7. Get carbon bonnet painted white.

8. Fit nice mocal oil cooler I found I still had. (how the hell I lost it I dont know)

9. Fit my cage.

10. Fit refurbed wheels.

11. Once 5 and 6 are done decide whether to keep Alpha management and get that mapped or replace it with the KMS ecu and get that mapped or put the coil back on and sell the Alpha and the KMS kit and just keep the standard stuff.

12. Fit new brake lines inside the car and replace flexies with braided.

13. Fit new fuel lines inside car.

14. Fit Facet red top fuel pump that is still in the box.

15. When No. 6 is started remove the front subframe and remove the oil coating and rebuild it with new bushes and a coat of paint.

16. Fit plastic windows to front doors and side windows.

17. Tilt drivers seat at front edge as it tilts my head forward with helmet on.

18. Clean and tidy up / polish inside of car.

19. Clean areas where stickers have been before and then polish whole car.

20. Paint brake calipers Silver.

There are loads more but as you can see a lot to be getting on with on the car.

For the house:

1. Paint kitchen

2. Put skirting board on final edges in kitchen and landing.

3. Put final coat of paint around bathroom walls and ceiling.

4. Paint loft hatch and replace insulation foam around the hatch.

5. Fit loft ladder.

6. Gloss all doors upstairs for 2nd coat.

7. Finish kitchen worktop. 5-6mm to wide!!!

8. Silicon kitchen worktop once No. 7 is done.

Oh and for Xmas I am allowed the 23rd the 25th 26th 30th 31st and 1st off. At work the rest. 9- 4 pm. so I have approx 2 hours per item above give or take a bit of sleeping and drinking in between. oh and seeing as its the 28th already I havent managed to do ANY of the above!!!!!!!!

Good luck with everyone elses projects for 2008 see you all next year.
