Pic Request

Does anyone have a decent pic of a graphite grey 205 with black trim and bumpers? I've only ever seen them with faded grey trim. Also if anyone has a pic of a graphite with black wheels that would be good

not what you requested but thought this might be of interest...graphite with grey trim (used trim dye to get the grey back - looked like steves before!!!)

prefer it to the black look TBH.

I'm not sure if I should do it black or not. I don't think the grey paint is light enough for it.

I could try something with Photoshop. Is graphite = anthracite? And which kind of black wheels would you like to see on it?

Excellent thanks for that. I definitely wont be going for black trim now :P

Any chance you could change the wheels to goodwood style or does anyone have a pic of a graphite on goodwoods?

Is that not Steel Grey? I didn't think they did graphite in a Ph2?

I reckon it looked pretty good too (came up well in photos) - when I bought it, it was a total shed. I tidied it up a bit new lights, grill, indicators and good clean up - then sold it on, as it was a bit rough mechanically on closer inspection.

Bugger me I didn't know there was a difference Dan, excuse my ignorance - I just assumed they were the same, but now that you mention it people do refer to Steel Grey and Graphite Grey - I just thought it was different people's description of the colour, learning all the time.!!!!!!! I guess my pic was not required... :)

What did you use to dye the trim black?

I've read that one but it leaves it a bit shiny. Dinos just looks like the factory Ph2 trim.

Ive just sourced a nearly new full set of phase 2 plastics as they were going cheap because one of my front arch trim was knackered, when compared to the phase 1/1.5 painted with the plasticare, theres no difference, so i'd just spend £10 and have the phase 2 look (if you prefer it to grey that is)!
