Disc Axle Grease Cap.

I'm looking for a pair of new grease caps, 3740.18, I'm struggling like buggery to find a pair online. Are any others the same diameter for example 3740.45. All I can find is drum braked cars and later disc models with no diameter available.

I put one from my old Xsara VTS onto my 205 recently, servicebox says that was a 3740.45.
