my project was to create car that peugeot should have built, a 205 GTI 16 :)

 

But problem, in France, swap are forbidden but doesn't matter let's go!! :lol:

thats how you do a job mate,im doing mine after xmas,ill strip the car but i wont be taking engine out,as the engine bay in my pug is very clean,buts thats how ill do rest of shell.great work anyway,,are you in the bodytrade

As he's got the steering wheel on the correct side of the car, he doesn't have to do anything about the exhaust manifold :(

Same ex. manifold I use on my 2.3 litre btw, and was measured to about 270bhp, so definately works pretty good.

I assumed the question was aimed at the treatment the manifolds received, i.e. how was the exhaust manifold cleaned up to the nice shiney finish.

 

MH, am I correct?
