Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

can i remove it and add thread lock with out distrupting the cam belt tention etc?(engine in the car)

yeah, you can take the bolt out and put it back in without altering the timing tensioner

i have re torqued it up 109 newtons but i am a bit concerned of it happening again.what is 60ft in newtons as i think thats what mi16s are i thought 8v were the same?my torque wrench does not do it in that?

109 nM is the same as 80lbft which is what the Haynes manual states as the correct figure for the crank pulley bolt.
