Hi guys

Usually I don’t post to much here, more on Aussiefrogs but is my last 205 build so I will share it with you guys ..

The Cti what I use for this Project is a 11/94 build with full leather , Factory DKZ engine , A/C Power steering is Atlantic blue and only 3 are build world wide of this car,

I build at the moment a few cars up at the same time. 205 ms16 2x 205 gti6 205 gti 6 turbo . so I be a bit slow with the updates ..sorry for that

the engine is send from germany to Australia i had a spare one in my German shead ..

After the 3 angel valve cut in the cylinder head , I cut the valves after the 45g another 30g . what makes all up in the end 1.0 bar negative vacuum.

The lip under the valve seat is 3mm so I smooth it out with a grinder , the best improvement on the xu heads .

i will update tonight more ..

Looking forward to seeing this one at completion! See if you can top the 441bhp of the last one! We will have to sort another feature for Torque.

German cams that I use for this engine didn’t fit in, the total lift is to much, so the cams couldn’t turn in the cylinder head. I needed to modify the cylinder head. dramas all over ..

Lovely work Magic. Looks like either all brand new parts or parts lovinly cleaned & coated/painted. Very pretty.

Where did that 'tache come from; the hairy slug on your top lip?

(Joke)

Hope we meet again some day. I posted that 405 T16 spoiler for you. Do you have it yet? ;)

I show you soon how I solved the problem ..

update

1242728863.jpg

1244291556.jpg

we bolted a old 6 speed box on the engine for now. Till I repainted my 6 speed box.

plan is to get all back in the car, so we can build up the exhaust manifold for the turbo , with a external waste gate & 3 inch down pipe. Hope we this done till end of the next week still need to sort out, the coil over system for the front. 306 hubs, brembo brakes.

Rear beam overhaul. Etc . time runs ...

1244291713.jpg

1244291750.jpg

My sump baffle system. it is mix out of 4 engines

T16/HDI/mi16/gti6

1244333416.jpg

So my plan was to split the wiring harness for the lights etc in 3 peaces .

We don’t run any more the harness in front of the car.

Wiring war.

They're already pictured, :) up there. And Magic also said he'll explain more later.

I like the colour combo of metallic ocean green and plating myself. Add nice new exp tank, washer bottle and power steering res.....damn it...I just love it.

Hi guys,

I've been asked by magic to make an update on the project so here it is:)

The cooling system chapter

"Through the years I was never satisfied with the 205 radiator fan system,

But I didn't want to build up a metal frame under the bar and grill, like the UK cars.

But I need to come up with a solution for 2 better working radiator fans. Plus I needed to make space for the water radiator for the water/air cooler & turbo.

In the end I will run 2 water radiator’s and 1 condenser for the AC.

1 mechanical water pump for the engine . 3 electric water pumps for turbo & water/air cooler with a timer on it, so when I shut the engine of the electric water pumps will still run for 5 minutes.

I needed to work out, how to fit a set of 10 inch new slim radiator fans in the stock radiator frame, plus a position for the water air radiator behind the lower grill in the bumper bar. it needed a lot of modification. but as I said at the beginning I will not change the factory look of the car at all ,

I used a old bumper bar for all the test’s

Still left, a water tank for the water/air radiator , I need to find a place where I can refill ice or dry ice easy in ..

A water pump and 4 jet washers, to spray against the water/air radiator, to cool downthe radiator . For maximal performance.

And a place for the oil cooler ahhhh I running out of car slowly.

I hope you guys understand what I mean, any way photos speak better for me.."

New sandwich plate and baby oil filter.I service any way my cars all 1000 km so no worries.

water radiator for the water/air cooler, needs some black paint, behind the grill nobody will see it in the end.
