Looks really nice, well worth buying new headlights and driving lamps (fogs) as the new glass really compliments a respray.....the rebuild takes a long time doesn't it!

the driving lights were replaced shorty before the car was off the road so there done...

tell me about it! only over 2 1/2 years and gods know how much money i pumped in to it, worth it though once i get some use out of it..!!

I thought this was long forgotten about to be honest since i haven't updating in such a long while.

So i best cut a long story short its all tax and tested and been on the road for the last 7 months since my white 205 had engine problems.

Its had some nice upgrades like peter t stage 2 and pug racing 4 branch manifold and system thanks to doof

post-19493-0-32079400-1394394529_thumb.jpg

the standard crap exhaust manifold next to newish 4 branch - nice quality item would recommend to anyone, definitely help it breath better

nice comparison with new 25mm skip brown and old 16mm ARBs - end plates come off really easy and seals all good so happy with that.

Sorry to dig up old posts but just noticed a couple of things.

What fuel rail did you use? as the one I have has the pressure regulator at the end of the rail rather than in the centre. Also did you get an alternative bracket for the idle control valve as mine is currently lay across the middle of the manifold and not to keen on the looks!

Cheers

Nick
