306 Cab Odometer Stopped? Speedo Ok

odd thing the odometer and trip counter have both stopped working on my ph1 306 cab

 

speedo still works though?

 

anyone know where the signal comes from for them as i assumed it was from the cable the same as the 205 being analogue.

 

or is it time for a new cluster.

It hints at an internal problem with the clocks imo but could be something as simple as a sticking odometer reset button from the last time you pressed it.
