307 And Xsara Cat's The Same Part?

Hi all,

 

My sister in laws 52 plate 307 needs a new cat due to the connected pipe shearing in half and being unrepairable. Does anyone know if the cat from a similar year and engine Xsara is the same part?

doubtful, the floorpan is quite different, the C4 might be though, which engine?

It's the 1.4 8v, it has the close coupled cat that's bolted right to the manifold.

if its the one im thinking off thats bolted to the front of the engine, all the cats from them engines should fit
