205 Xs Carb, Diagrams And Info Required

My question is regarding the solex carb that comes on the 205 Xs as standard. I have a 205 xs and wish to rebuild the carb with the kit i have. To aid me in this does anybody have a exploded diagram. Also once the carb is rebuilt does anybody have a idea on the basic mixture settings, or maybe a routine to follow to get it setup close to right before going to a garage to get it put on a gas analyser.

 

I also thought this post may be a good place to bring together all the bits of info we have on these carbs and maybe put together as a bit of a article as the info is very scarce.

cheers man.. something a little more comprehensive would be good though, showing the diffrent jets etc,. and the setting up procedure of the carb.
