Fog Lights

Good afternoon

 

nearing the end of two years restoration and the fog lights are not working . The light comes on in the dashboard board but no lights .

 

Any thoughts gentalmen

Yes I do . Well actually you may have high lighted some thing . The front driving lamps and the rear fog lights don't work I presumed they were all the same .

The front driving lights should turn on when main/full beam headlights are on. If they don't work check the yellow plugs on the lights and work back from there to the relay.

 

The rear fog light (just one) is in the lower valence, again check the plug on the lamp itself and work back from there.

It's one of two green relays on the nearside of the bulkhead on the engine bay side. In later cars they are in a black plastic box.

That's the dim-dip relay. The driving lamp relay is in the main fusebox under the dash. First relay on the left iirc.

Well done sir . The relay wasn't sitting home and those lovely yellow connectors were stuffed . One more to go rear fog lights I think the wiring loom is at fault in the back .

Oh get this I bought a radiator alloy , ever since it went in the oven for paint it leaks ?. There you go a poo radiator
