I've received 2 payments, the first one about a year ago was just under £2, the other one, just before Christmas, a whole 92p!

It's a complete joke, so far I have received 4 cheques and it might just total about £7. It's just a waste if time, it must cost far more than the cheque is worth to process it through the courts.
Exactly how i feel, in fact I'm gutted the whole thing went down the 'proper' channels and we didn't all turn up on his doorstep and batter the c*nt! Wouldn't have got our money back but at least we would have felt better!

whilst you might not be getting the money all that quickly - if it's a ccj against his name, which will make all sorts of parts of his future life quite difficult. For the next six years he'll have trouble getting mortgages, and credit of most kinds, including car finance, mobile phone contracts etc etc, insurance, car insurance... etc etc.
So whilst the money is slow, he's been well and truly kicked in the nades.

I can't imagine someone like that gets a mortgage. We're probably paying for him to be tucked up nicely in a 4 bedroom council house.

Last month i got another £15.24, i must be nearly paid up by now.
Really feel for you lot who we're mugged off for large amounts!
