...the funniest thing is to see the faces from people got overtaken from this beast.

 

it looks absolutely stock- only the boost cooler in the front makes a slight optical difference- but it goes like HELL. (the new GT28/60R + new manifold, downpipe + programmable motormanagement, etc... brings a lot more power to the XU10J2TE engine)

Could you tell more about the exhaust ? Is it an old Gutmann exhaust or they still making them ?

"SAD" in our number plates is the code of our city. the rest you can choose, if its not used by another car. XU10 was not free, you can see on the picture.

 

@Para:

gutmann is still making them. you can order it online (but NOT the whole exhaust system for the turbo, only components) or drive to them and they build the exhaust especially for you car ON your car.

it is all stainless steel.

I had an appointment by Mr. Gutmann Junior himself to fix the the ""Turbo" main silencer" direcly on my car. There were added a 200 cell metal catayst from Gutmann. It was all necessary for the offical German homologation for street service. Self construction without certifcate are not allowed.

 

It was done in 6 hours. I were there in the morning and in the afternonn I drive home

Could you tell me if you built your own manifold or did you buy one in, also, what injectors did you use with the larger turbo? Thankyou

 

edit: apologies if I'm bringing up a thread which is too old for peoples tastes, but this car has been well prepared and I'd like to know a little more
