Exhaust manifolds? They all look roughly the same but there seems to be a different part number for just about every engine code. Never bothered to analyse them!

Is it a new manifold or second hand. Either way when i fitted a 1.9 manifold on my 1.6 gti, I used a drimmel to grind away a bit and smoothen the inside of the pipes so that the gases could escape quicker. It seemed to help a bit, or maybe its an imagination thing, but I thought it would help. :D
