Glovebox Tomfoolery!

Recommended Posts

I removed my glovebox to route some cables just before Xmas and I'm now trying to put it back in, without much luck! What's the knack of getting it back in place as I've had a few go's and broken the mount off from under the dash (arrrgggh). So well the glue sets I thought I'd ask for some advice....

put the glovebox into the bottom part that screws to the main dash. Offer it up into position with the bottom part resting in place on the bolt, loosely fit the 10mm nut to hold it in place then shut the glovebox. refit the screws in the bottom. I've just removed a mount from a scrapper if you need one and the glue doesn't work

Thanks Steve. I shall give it a go tomorrow - may have to give you a shout for that mount!

Cheers
