I'd probably order a GTI in Graphite Grey, and pop over to Belgium/France order a Euro Rallye in white. And a road T16 while I'm at it.

Fwiw, I have data for some 870 UK Phase 1.5/2 GTi's and the colour distribution goes something like this.

 

21% Cherry Red

20 % Miami Blue

17% Alpine White

13% Black (Onyx)

12% Graphite Grey

9% Sorrento Green

 

with a few percent each of Silver (Futura Grey), Steel Grey, Laser Green, Topaz Blue and Quartz Grey

 

Because there is no data for Phase 1 cars, the results are skewed.
