Before i start just want to say that im 19 never been to collage and never done anythink like this before so and good ideas send them my way ;)

this used to be my daily pride and joy and the plan was to take it of the road end of last month and repaint it Grey that was intill..

i was driving it for the last couple of weeks and started playing and chucked it into a corner in 2nd gear and it spun the front wheels like it normall does and then about 2miles later it started knocking :(

Right! where to start lol

well i should of started this topic about 3 or 4 weeks ago but had a lot to do!

this is my 205 before i sorned it as i wanted to change the colour from GREEN to GREY

Finaly some progress got another bottom end

So saturday we went to pick it from DCC in wales (Porthcawl), was all going okay intil come across the bridge to the tolls £11.70! for a little VW Caddy van what robbing bastards

The plan is to get my block bored to 88mm so that i can just swap 88mm forge pistons, 88mm knife edge, lighten and balanced crank from my new 2148cc block to my s16 old block which i know that doesn't mix oil and water

few pictures of new bottom end shocking quality know dry.gif

engine bay pay job looks great, but would leaving the engine block hanging off one mount put extra stress on that mount and risk damaging the paint work?
