Fatal Database Crash

Recommended Posts

cybernck

we experienced a fatal database crash this morning so a backup had to be reinstated.

unfortunately, this means we lost all the posts made in the last 24 hours.

it's not a random occasion and i know what had caused it.

the forum may be slower today than it was yesterday too.

sorry for the inconvenience... but these things do happen.

And also all PMs sent will have been lost too presumably.

well yes, including everything else (users that had registered yesterday).

partial backup would have been a lot worse for that matter.
