Yeah it's common. Peugeot used to sell spacers but they are now NLA.

there, fixed it.

 

yes thats normal especially with tired mounts, peugeot used to supply a spacer kit to reduce movement, there was also a stainless shim to reduce noise

youch. I will keep it in mind. I need to buy an actual engine mount first as mines shagged :blush: talking of which, virbatechnics or Bakerbm? bearing in mind its 300+hp

I would just space them with a penny washer or as above.

I was thinking this but didnt know if the original pug items had some sort of spring to them to reduce vibrations?

 

could maybe use a conical spring washer?

Just come as 6 metal shims, each a different thickness
