Thanks, did a search on CAS/TDC, whats that ?

And where i painted TDC sensor, is the sensor above the flywheel, do you mean that with TP sensor ?

The Evap Canister Solenod is the little black thingie with the black rubber hose on it, right ?

CAS (or TDC as you wish ) sensor is yes the one on top of the gearbox

TP sensor is the little black box on the throttle body

Black thingy with the black rubber hose attached it is , the Evaporation Canister Solenoid

Ok ?

Still unsure about 1 connector,

upgraded the picture of the loom..

Where does "?" connect to ?

Gonna strip my old loom tonight to see what wires are used for this connector..

The "?" connector has 2 pins.

I might have missed something but do you have an identified connector for the ignition module? Usually found either near the header tank or the cam pulley cover depending on year.

It has more than 2 pins I think so not the one you have not identified but it doesn't seem to be in your picture.

Also leading from this plug there should be a connector to join to the one coming from the distributor?

Roll back the rubber boots from all of these connectors and read us the wire numbers for each plug/connector.. and wire colors as well please ..

...lambda sensor possibly , i need to check on my Ph2 car .. lambda sensor has 2 plugs , so 2x 2pin plugs , but the Motronic loom splits in two parts from the ECU so i dunno for sure if both of these lambda sensor plugs are coming from the main loom or one from the main and another from the separate loom together with the injection relay wiring .. or both from the separate injection relay wiring loom ..

The ignitionmodule isnt on this picture,

also the yellow relay and lambdasensors are out of this view..

Have driven the car for 2 days now, 150 km (199 miles) first 50 not too fast,

then 100 km kick it after warming up first,

Will know exact color tomorrow,

on the first pic it looks like greenish, 1 of them that is

Now reading those numbers and just start counting..

Too bad it 's not so simple to just look at the colors..

The green/yellow on the ECU connector is for M133, not for my unknown connector..

is it not for the coolant gauge sender.switch?

there will be numbers on the wire somewhere, but you may need to trace the other end of the wire to do so.

Everything is working in the car, except oil pressure or there is no oil pressure

Will strip it further to look for numbers..

These might help. They're 3 row Mi16 diagrams, but wires/pin outs are the same. The only difference is the knock sensor (M132) and idle stepper (M9) motor are missing on the DKZ. Also missing is the fuel scavenge pump (C684).

should not need to strip the loom, go to the plugs where the loom connects to the car (by the steering column) and buzz through the loom until you find the wire, should take no more than 5 minutes as there are only the 3 plugs to check, and the other wire in the 2 pin plug looks like an earth.

I have late Ph2 Motronic car (with DKZ engine ..) , i've had a look just now around the engine bay and i simply can't find such 2pin connector with green and white wire .. is that an 205 or 309/405 car loom ?!

Or maybe it's ABS system connector B) .. anyhow i do not have it on my car ..

I give up for now, everything is working.

Strangely the connector cant reach to ABS (Which is not on the car and never seen by myself) or powersteering..

Learned a lot though by just trying to find out what's what B)

Maybe someday this mystery will be solved :D
